This Privacy Notice governs the privacy policy of the websites and related services owned and/or operated by Vodalabs LLC (“Monitorsky”).

What Happens if you Don’t Give Us Your Personal Data If you do not provide us with the requested Personal Data, we may not be able to provide you with all the features of the Service.

Even though our Service is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18, we realize that an individual under the age of 18 may attempt to access our Service. You can always opt out of receiving further email or skype correspondence from us. We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address or skype ID to any unaffiliated third party without your permission except in the sale or transfer of our business, or if our company files for bankruptcy.

Your California Online Privacy Rights

Monitorsky permits residents of California to use its services. Therefore, it is the intent of Monitorsky to comply with the California Business and Professions Code §§ 22575-22579. If you are a California resident you may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Various provisions throughout this Privacy Policy address requirements of the Californian privacy statutes. In summary, you must presume that we collect electronic information from all visitors.
