Message Requirements

Monitorsky will not, and you are forbidden to, send messages to users that have not expressly indicated their desire to receive messages from the relevant sender.
Messages sent via Monitorsky must not contain false or misleading information. If the recipient of a message requests that you stop contacting him or her, you agree to do so immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that Monitorsky is not responsible for any violations by you of this Policy. You agree to waive, hold harmless, and indemnify Monitorsky for any such violation.
Harvested or Purchased Lists
We promise (and you agree) not to send messages to:
- harvested mailing lists;
- purchased or rented mailing lists (unless recipients on such lists have explicitly opted-in as required by this Policy); or
- similar bulk lists.
Reporting Spam
If you suspect that another user has used Monitorsky to send material that violates this Policy, please contact us immediately at info@monitorsky.com and we will investigate the matter.
